Today Monday 9/26 at about 2:45 you were the tall handsome Black guy waiting for the Foster bus in front of CVS. I was driving West on Foster. We exchanged some long glances at the light. When I passed you, I noticed you were still turned around looking to see if I was going to stop. I should have. Tell me something about me or what I was driving so I know it's you.
