Cuddly cat needs home

Hello. This handsome boy is looking for a home before cold weather comes. He is very sweet and cuddly but he doesn’t get along with our cats. He hugs like a koala bear. We took him to the vet to be neutered and vaccinated. Estimated to be about 2 years old. We feed him/give him water outside but I’d love to find a home for him before winter. Can anyone help him out? He’s so affectionate and sweet to humans but my cats do not like him. Small rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home.
