Trucks and Trailers Needed

For the second year in a row we are hosting an event at Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs called Beyond the Grave. It is an event in which we bring to life classic literature in a theatrical manner at various points throughout the cemetery. Last year's event sold out and we are expecting the same this year. The funds raised at this event are used for the continued preservation efforts of Evergreen and Fairview Cemeteries in Colorado Springs. Last year we had the guests walk the tour, but we are trying really hard to set things up this year so that they can ride the tour instead. We would like to do this using flatbed trailers and treat it as a hayride. We have one truck and trailer lined up so far, but we are looking for two more. We are able to offer $200 per night, per truck and trailer. You must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and proper trailer hitch and light connections. You will also be required to submit a background check to D11 school district as we will be working with several of their students. Guests will be required to sign a liability waiver before riding. The event will take place on October 7th and 8th (a Friday and Saturday). We would need the trucks/trailers and drivers at the cemetery from 4pm to about 10:30pm both evenings. The trailers could be stored at the cemetery between the two nights. We will also provide food to the drivers on both evenings.
