Free pitbull female and brown lab mix

My inlaw family has had these dogs chained outside for atleast 2 years and I'm tired of seeing it. No way for a dog to live a life. If I had the means to take them I would but they need families who will actually give a damn about their wellbeing. Idk the pitbulls age, she is older, and the lab mix is almost 3 I would say. They are both very sweet and love trying to play with my toddlers while we visit. If someone would be kind enough to accept these animals it would help me feel better.
