Recreation Coordinator Must show experience in youth and senior services. Driving company van is required. Responsible for developing, coordinating, scheduling, and implementing programs, activities and special events for the Town. Ability to write public service announcements, press releases, flyers, etc., for the departments. Must be able to identify and recommend improvements within the department to ensure efficiency, accuracy and cost effectiveness. This position works under direct supervision of the Town Manager with the ability to work independently and collaboratively; computer knowledge, excel, power-point and outlook are a must to succeed; Communication with the community is vital to this position and developing a rapport with both the residents and the businesses within the Town. A high school diploma is required with a bachelor's degree; however, years of experienced can be substituted for education. Hours of operation will vary - Full Time with full benefits.
