Hi! I’m looking for someone with an assortment of skills and motivation who’s got a free two weeks or so, starting on Friday of this week. Tasks include the following: - removing old galvanized water lines in the crawl space - insulating and securing the new pex water lines in the crawl space and a section of the attic - patching walls, texturing, and painting - tile work - installing baseboards - stucco patchwork -re-finishing wood flooring I have all the tools needed for all of these tasks, and can supply any additional materials needed as they arise. My biggest ask is that you are reliable and honest - if you don’t know how to do something, that’s ok, just say it and we will stop that task and move on to something else. I’m open to either receiving a bid for the parts of the work you’re interested in, or if you’re a handyperson who can tackle general items, I’m happy to pay by the hour or day. Thanks! Austin
