Heavy’s HEART needs to borrow a large live trap

I am trying to catch a stray dog at a rest area near Eugene… he’s a very scared dog and won’t come anywhere near me. I am a mobile animal activist parked in the field at the end of the Oak Grove Rest Area Southbound. Really need to borrow a live trap. He has been here almost a month… lots of coyotes around.
