I have a blue quaker parrot. She is just about 1.5 years old. her name is Elsa. she comes with her pen and the rolling stand that it is on. She likes to copy hums and whistles and she can say hi Elsa. She is well taken care of and a good bird. She does like to bite at you when she is not getting enough attention. she also loves to be out of her cage and help. she does not currently have clipped wings. if interested please let me know. sadly we are moving to an apartment and she can not come. these birds are over $1000 at a pet store you can go check if you would like. I am looking for a good home for her and a rehoming fee offer for her close to half of that. If interested shoot me an offer and be willing to come pick her up.
