We are looking for a few hospitality-minded staff to assist with an upcoming event in Dallas, TX Date: September 27-October 1 Location: Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Pay: All shifts and positions pay $20.00 hour, parking will be reimbursed Attire for the event is black dress/work pants, a white polo, button down shirt and black shoes/sneakers with a matching belt. Visible tattoos must be covered and all piercings, other than earrings must be removed. Roles: Registration - Typist: You would help with checking in attendees, getting them their name badges and materials. You must be very comfortable using a computer and typing at a reasonable speed. This is a seated position. Registration Scan and Go. You would help with checking in attendees, this position does not require typing, a basic understanding of computers is needed Badge Scanner/Room Monitor – you would help with scanning badges of attendees for the various breakouts. This is a mostly standing position. Line Monitor - Help with getting people into the correct line for registration and let them know when it is their turn to check in. Tuesday 9/27 7a-11a or 8:30a-12:30p with possible extension Wednesday 9/28 7a-3p or 8a-2p or 10a-2p Thursday 9/29 7a-3p or 8a-2p or 10a-2p Friday 9/30 8a-2p or 9a-4p Saturday 10/1 8:15a-12:45p or 9a-1p You do not need to be available all days.
