Licensed General Contractor looking for an Electrician and Plumber and/or handyman to handle various repairs and projects to join our Team! Skills: Electrician: Repair and replace wiring. Read blueprints and schematics. Document repairs and modifications. Work with architects, contractors, and clients. Diagnose and address functionality and safety issues. Plumber: Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques Knowledge of plumbing codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material Ability to perform mathematical calculations Ability to diagnose and resolve problems Ability to use hand and power tools Knowledge of New Construction, additions, ADU, apartment remodeling, a plus!
