Oversee location and complete the following tasks: Create a Condition Report, take pictures, and inventory personal property for all incoming vehicles Prep and release all vehicles for transport Prep and release customer personal property pick-ups and vehicle redemptions Maintain the property storage area by keeping it organized and removing outdated property Utilize a forklift to move vehicles throughout the lot Requirements 1-2 years of customer service experience 1-2 years of forklift experience Previous knowledge working in a vehicle storage location preferred High School diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of computers/tablets Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask Must be extremely organized be able to stay on track for upcoming time-sensitive deadlines Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional, courteous with outstanding oral and written communication skills Ability to work with a diverse customer and workforce population Assertive individual with effective investigative and follow up skills Ability to work well on a team and focus on results, exhibit adaptability and flexibility in a fast pace environment Work and communicate well with other team members Physical Requirements: Use a tablet, laptop, and cell phone Lift up to 50 lbs Operate a Forklift
