Kelly is Hiring Full- Time Production Operators I & II's for a manufacturer of optical systems and optoelectronics in the Ontario, CA area. Great opportunities for advancement! Schedule: 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30 am - 12:00 pm (OT until 2:30 pm) 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30 pm -10:30 pm ( OT until 12:30 am) **Compensation: $18.00 / hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Listen and communicate effectively with Technicians, Leads and Supervisors about any production, quality or safety issues. •Able to use tweezers to handle product. •Identify and scrap defects per manufacturer's quality standards. •Ability to distinguish different lens and injector models and components. •Able to use a microscope and understand magnification levels for visual inspection. •Perform basic job functions in the following manufacturing areas: tumbling, cleanroom and packaging. •Ensure that all finished product meets quality standards and specifications. •Maintain a production environment that complies and follows all quality standards and government regulated standards. •Perform any other duties as assigned.
