Small, one person jewelry design, manufacturing and marketing company is considering hiring an assistant. This person would ideally have some experience with beading or using small tools for tying knots and cutting small patterns precisely. More important than experience this person would need to have good communication skills and be honest and reliable. Schedule would be flexible and part-time to start with the understanding that any firm plans would need to be solid and reliable. Work would begin in my home studio in Encinitas but it could eventually be work done at your home with total flexibility on hours as long as deadlines are met and productivity is maintained. This is a growing company and there is the possibility of an assistant gaining experience with design and marketing. But someone should expect to be content with the meticulous work of assembling this jewelry, which eventually will be repetitive.
