We are a Construction and Handyman Services. We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Worker to join our team immediately. • Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry. • Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. • Ability to safely use common power and hand tools • Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems • Strong communication skills with property management and tenants • Self-starter with good time management skills • Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. • Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed. • Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building. • Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. • Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. Requirements and skills 1) Proven experience as handyman 2) Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment 3) Basic understanding of a) Electrical b) Carpentry c) Roofing d) Plumbing e) Maintenance f) Masonry g) Insulation h) Painting i) Concrete j) Drywall & Finish k) Fencing l) Demolition m) Decking n) Flooring o) Landscape p) Assembly 4) Basic math skills 5) Attention to detail 6) High school diploma or equivalent 7) Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds 8) Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. 9) Ability to safely use common power and hand tools 10) Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems 11) Strong communication skills with property management and tenants 12) Self-starter with good time management skills 13) Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. 14) Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building. 15) Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. This Role is for an hourly rate of $17.00-$26.00 Depending on the experience, potential increase of rate based on the productivity.
