Tradesmen International has an immediate need for General Labor / Apprentice level associates to help on a job in Lafayette IN. Must be available 8+ hours a day Monday-Friday. Most of our jobs in Lafayette are construction, industrial, concrete, electrical, or plumbing in scope. Our company just celebrated our 30 year anniversary and we have associates on the Indy team with up to 22 years experience. We are a leased labor firm. Our field employees are not eligible for hire by our clients. They are W2 employees and are eligible for PTO, 401K, and Benefits. We match our associates with one of our 600+ clients in the Lafayette/Indy area and work to keep them busy consistently. Pay is based on the level of skill that you can show. We currently range between $19 - $24 per hour for Apprentice level but pay up to $34 per hour for skilled Maintenance, Millwrights etc.
