Need handyman/skilled labor professionals to repair and maintain rental properties in the North KC and Independence area. Immediate work available replacing a kitchen sink/faucet and cleaning gutters. We also need assistance with painting, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows, tree trimming/landscaping, roofing, carpentry and cleaning.
