Seeking full time Maintenance Technician/ Cleaning Personnel with a can-do attitude and sense of pride in their work. This position will assist with high-rise luxury operations cleaning, painting and general maintenance. Cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs Painting Patching Hanging shelves, pictures, etc. Shift coverage Valet parking cars Operating snow removal equipment General maintenance knowledge (experience with garbage disposals, toilets, etc) highly preferred Pay rate: $18.57 Union Position w/ benefits if preferred Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM The below are required: GED or equivalent, Valid driver's license, clear criminal history. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, climb ladders, stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
