Need treee cut

Looking to have the circle section cut down. Once it’s on the ground I will take care of the rest. It’s looming over my house, so it seems pretty risky. I must be able to call and verify your insurance because I have no homeowners ins and if something went wrong I would be screwed. I am disabled and all I can afford to pay is 400 cash.
