60 YO army vet seeking work and lodging. i have 5 cats and a dog. 32 foot Tour Bus, a 12 passenger bus. seeking a bedroom and garage where i can build and work in my off time. i need some stable internet connections as i also work by remote as a Chicago DJ. fully tooled for maintenance with over 30 years exp in commercial and residential construction. looking for a place that i can carry on without the pressures from living in town. Full time employment or part time. Self sufficient and ready to go to work without a need for looking at a clock. long term conditions preferred, however willing to accept 6 month to year contract.
