$25/hr No Experience Necessary. We will teach you. Learn how to rehab houses. Learn about rental properties and how to fix and flip houses. Learn all different aspects of construction work as you work with a team to complete renovations of outdated suburban homes to make them ready for sale or lease. Help demo out all the old stuff, fix all the broken stuff, paint everything, install lots of new stuff and make the house pretty and clean again and ready to be somebody’s home. If you’ve never done construction but always wanted to learn, you can get paid weekly great money to learn with us. You must have an open mind, some mechanical aptitude, an eye for detail, a desire to learn, willingness to work hard and a positive “can-do” attitude. This can be your big break.
