They spend countless hours scanning Indeed, LinkedIn etc. and dreaming about alternative jobs that are appealing but perhaps unrealistic or illogical. As a result, the job market is wildly inefficient and can be demoralizing. Participants in this presentation will learn about a framework to plan for and then execute a career plan that is logical, realistic and effective. Networking Event 7:15PM About our Speaker: Matt Sullivan is currently a Franchisee for Express Employment Professionals. He and his wife, Kim Sullivan, have owned and operated the Green Bay Express Employment Professionals office since February 2014. This career move allowed them to join their talents for a noble cause: helping people find meaningful work and helping businesses find top-notch people. In addition, Matt also provides the franchise search services of RightFran LLC. He helps prospective business owners understand the value of a franchise business model and then lead, inspire and guide their search for their "Right Franchise". Prior to launching both Express Employment Professionals of Green Bay and RightFran LLC., Matt was in sales and sales management in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nutritional supplement industries throughout the country. He graduated from St. Norbert College in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration. Matt is an active member in the community holding various voluntary leadership positions including: The Center for Exceptional Leadership – Current President, St. Norbert College Alumni Board - Past President, St. Norbert Board of Trustees - Past Member, The Dargan Fellowship of St. Norbert College - Award Committee, Ashwaubenon Business Association - Past President and The Green Bay chapter of Society for Human Resources Management - Past Programming Director. He enjoys sharing best demonstrated practices regarding recruiting good people and helping people advance in their careers. Cancellation Policy: Meetings require a guaranteed headcount. That means if someone makes a meeting reservation and then does not attend, your chapter has to absorb the costs associated with that reservation. Unless cancellation is received prior to the reservation cut-off date, a member will be responsible for payment even if they do not attend the meeting. Exceptions due to certain extenuating circumstances may be granted on a case by case basis at the discretion of your Board. Weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of the current president and the meeting's speaker. Refunds will be dependent on venue and other conditions and will be evaluated as required.
