Enrico Valleferro with Adami vineyards will be joining us to educate us on the art of making sparkling wine and the Alto Adige region of Italy, the birthplace of prosecco! Enrico speaks 4 languages and has worked in Michelin star restaurants. He has been working in the sparkling wine industry since 2003.
