Through flipping and using the BRRR method he has created a system for long term wealth that could last for generations. Last year he put 27 doors under contract and this year is set to complete eight flips. He is also a graduate the Northern Michigan University. Dylan is an experienced real estate agent who also owns a property management company. They have 52 doors under contract and is currently working on 3 rehabs for investors. Prior to starting his property management company he had helped investors make over $500k through advising.
