Description

In this class students will learn how to make Choux pastry from scratch. This pastry batter will be piped onto a cookie sheet and baked to perfection. While baking we will make the custard filling. Once the Eclairs and the custard cools, we will fill with the custard and top with chocolate ganache. Each person registered will take home 4 eclairs and the recipes.
