We are building 20 townhouses and we need an on-site Superintendent to manage the completion of each unit. The position requires the following: - Live within 20 miles of Dawsonville, GA - Own a pick-up truck with a tow hitch - Clean Drivers License & Citizenship or Visa - Own tools necessary for a hands-on residential Superintendent - Ability to work long days and some Saturdays - Knowledge of residential construction and inspection process - Ability to manage workers and subcontractors - Strong English-speaking and writing skills - Smartphone with ability to email and upload pictures - Ability to use BuilderTrend and emails for daily reports - Ability to be on site at 7am every day - On call 24/7 for issues that may arise at the property - Gas and phone allowances Please respond with your experience and cell phone number.
