Runs will be between 3-7 miles
Pace-it-Easy - 3.1 miles (10:00 - 12:00 min pace)
Intermidiate - 5 miles (9:00 - 10:00 min pace)
Advanced - 7 miles (8:30 - 9:30 min pace)
Times and distances may vary each week. Sometimes running gets boring and you just want more.....well welcome to MORE!
