This dinner will honor all active duty service members, veterans, veteran spouses, and veteran children who have sacrificed to serve us all. In addition, we will announce the veteran-affiliated business that will win the $15k award from our 2nd annual DMV Veteran Shark Tank pitch competition. Gracing us with her presence and imparting upon us her wisdom will be the one and only Brigadier General Twanda Young (Retired). The attire for this event is business formal. However, if you have served in the U.S. Military, feel free to wear your uniform.  There will be many veteran-focused, non-profit organizations looking to partner to partner with organizations that serve all military.
