The Hunter’s Full Moon in Aries is coming on the heels of the Fall Equinox. It's time for us to gather again in community to raise our vibration as we get ready for longer and colder days. Join us for a full-spectrum evening which will combine Yoga, Breath-work, Meditation, a Moon Scape, Journaling, Community Time, and a long restorative savasana. Each participant will leave with a signature RISE bag full of goodies. CIRCLE WILL START PROMPTLY AT 6:15pm The 6:00 start is to allow time to get settled and greet each other. At the close of circle, and weather dependent, there were be an optional pilgrimage to the ocean (a one block walk) to witness the full moon rising over the water 🌊 If you’re feeling the call to immerse yourself, there will be a few mermaids dipping as well. Space is limited so grab your spot if you are feeling the call! A little about me, Erin Cotton : I am a yoga teacher & art educator and have been teaching yoga for almost twenty years. My studies began with Iyengar, moved to a Heated Baptiste Vinyasa style and are most deeply rooted in Prana Vinyasa Flow, a full spectrum style of yoga created by Shiva Rea. I began studying with Shiva in 2006 and have had the honor of assisting her in some of the most incredible places in the world. I began teaching Full Moon Flows on the beaches of Plum Island in the summertime over 7 years ago and they have evolved over time into these fulll spectrum experiences. I am beyond excited to have added the ocean pilgrimage and dipping element this year and am so thrilled to share the fruits of my evoulution with you xx I will be offering some incredible Beautycounter some samples for you to try at home.
