Come have fun and feel good! Enjoy a powerfully simple and doable style of yoga that is delicious and feels good. In our 2 hour class we will blend 70 minutes of movement based yoga followed by 40 minutes of relaxing restorative yoga. Enjoy a sweet blended class of power and release.
