On October 15, 2022 from 1700-1900, the Marine Corps Coordinating Council, Southeast Texas is hosting an event to honor the thousands of local veterans from ALL MILITARY BRANCHES who served during the Global War on Terror at VFW Post 8790 - 1560 Foley Street, Houston, Texas 77055. Although this event is focused on the veteran, it will be open to the public to allow those who support our veterans to attend and go beyond saying, "Thank You for Your Service" and actually demonstrate their thanks for the over two decades of selfless service provided by those serving during this time of war. This is the second annual event hosted to exclusively honor Veterans who have served in what has now become America's Longest War and we need everyone's support to ensure that ALL post 9-11 Veterans are aware of and attend this event. After the ceremony, we conduct a Veterans Engagement Event by serving dinner to all attendees that registered on Eventbrite.
