Please join me in celebrating the storefront grand opening of Bright Black one of my favorite Black-owned candle businesses in Durham. During the "Bright. Black. Breathe" guided meditation session we will explore what lights up our inner confidence and reflect on how to nurture it within our everyday lives. This experience is open to first-time meditators and long-time mindfulness practitioners. Throughout the remainder of the day, other mini workshops will be led by a diverse group of artisans + creatives. Stay a while, buy a beautiful hand-poured candle (or two), snack from food trucks and enjoy the festivities!
