iI found this approx. 20 lb Terrier type mix at about 7:30 Sunday evening in front of the marathon on Bankhead Highway in Carrollton. He was about to get hit by traffic. He's all matted up so he might have been out for a while. He's very gentle and very happy seemingly...no collar.
