Regional Building Services Contractor company seeks a SUPERVISOR for its Commercial Accounts. Experience in Maintenance, Handyman, Janitorial Services is REQUIRED. This is a position on company's management team. Ideal candidate will bring previous facilities maintenance or janitorial experience and be able to assume Supervisory duties in a fast paced company serving commercial clients throughout South Florida. Supervisor will: Supervise employees at various service locations throughout South Florida. Respond/Handle service calls, assessment needs and emergency calls. Help with work, deliver cleaning supplies, inspect cleanliness of areas and train cleaners. Drive in company vehicle to all locations for supervision and with needed equipment and supplies. Report any issues, ensure schedules are met and locations are clean. Cover open spots with floaters or self when necessary. Assist in office with general assignments, cleaning materials, equipment and preparing cleaning needs. Shifts are Staggered as follows: >3 Days a Week will work 1PM to 10PM >2 Days a Week will work 9AM to 6PM >Any On Call or hours over 40 Hours Paid at Overtime rate (time and a half).
