Residential Contracts focuses on reviewing a residential property purchase agreement and typical clauses included. Works as CE and Post-license renewal credits for 2022. If attending on ZOOM: Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation emailed separately with class handouts.
