The day of employees working endless hours for little-to-no acknowledgment for their hard work is a thing of the past. It's one of the great lessons learned following the height of the pandemic in 2020.
Employers must learn to adjust to this new dynamic. At the same time, young journalists must come into the workforce prepared for the rigorous work that the field requires.
So, what makes a good employee versus a great employee? What type of work is deserving of a raise or a promotion? What can employers do to set their employees up for success? What should employers be doing to help employees protect their mental health?
We'll discuss a variety of issues facing an ever-changing workplace environment.
