If you wish to contribute any amount is acceptable and will go towards future meditation events. General Points a. Please arrive by 6:15 pm as we will start sharp at 6:30. The meditation technique is exactly an hour long. Please come from the back side of the house as entry to meditation hall is from the back. b. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. c. All are welcome. You do not need any previous experience with any meditation technique. d. Masks are not required for this gathering. e. About the group It has been observance of several friends that meditation in a group has been very effective for them. This group is an opportunity for all to experience group meditation in a safe and friendly environment. The group is not promoting or selling or providing any service. We are an informal and non profit gathering of friends to meditate in group. The group is not part or affiliated to any organization in USA or abroad. Meditation is the awareness that "I am not the mind." When the awareness goes deeper and deeper in you, slowly slowly, a few moments arrive – moments of silence, moments of pure space, moments of transparency, moments when nothing stirs in you and everything is still.
