GET OUT AND MOVE
This class is a Yin yoga flow. It is a very grounding session that involves less movement and more stretching. Yin is suitable for all yogis, even first timers.
Yin Yoga
* Stimulates the meridians (energy channels) bringing balance to the organs in the body
* Improves flexibility and joint mobility
* Calms and balances the mind and body
* Reduces stress and anxiety
* Works deeply on the connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments)
* Can prepare the practitioner for meditation practice
YOU WILL NEED
mat
a blanket (to go under your mat)
a pillow if you want to be extra comfy
water
anything that helps for get grounded (like crystals, palo).
