ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:Lyndsay Rossman (Vice President, Marketing, JAXUSA Partnership) Lyndsay Rossman is the vice president, marketing for JAXUSA Partnership, Jacksonville’s regional economic development division. In this role, she oversees the development and sustainability of the global brand to increase jobs and private capital investment and attract talent for the seven-county Greater Jacksonville region. Prior to joining JAXUSA in November 2017, she was the PR account supervisor at St. John & Partners working with clients such as Enterprise Florida, The DONNA Foundation, Comcast Florida and The Association of Boarding Schools. She has also served as director of marketing and business development at St. Johns Town Center, director of global tourism marketing at Simon Property Group and senior director of corporate communications at Visit Jacksonville, as well as other public relations and marketing roles in Jacksonville and Washington, DC. An active community member, she is the chapter advisor for Alpha Phi Fraternity at University of North Florida; member of Bowl’d Ladies, Gator Bowl Sports; board member of Downtown Vision, Inc.; and a sustaining member of Junior League of Jacksonville, where she served two consecutive terms as public affairs chair and on the board of the statewide Junior Leagues of Florida Public Affairs Committee. Lyndsay graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Communications and lives in Jacksonville Beach with her husband and dog. Vanessa Williams (Executive Marketing Recruiter, ICX Group) Vanessa Williams is a seasoned marketing professional that now uses her knowledge and expertise to assist in recruiting marketing talent in Jacksonville. Vanessa works at The ICX Group, a Jacksonville-based boutique executive marketing firm, who partners with companies and individuals within the marketing, communication, and design industries. She works to acquire top talent, to add to companies’ teams; and to place candidates with organizations that align with their professional goals. Vanessa believes that working with a trusted partner and resource, with experience within the industry you are seeking to assist, success is achievable for both parties. Prior to joining The ICX Group, she was the Marketing Director at Angel Kids Pediatrics (the Largest Pediatrics group in Northeast Florida). She was also the Marketing and Sales Director at iFLY Indoor Skydiving Jacksonville (one of Jacksonville’s newest family-friendly experiences), as well as other additional marketing and sales positions in Jacksonville. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising, from The University of North Florida.
