NO MICROCHIP. Small dog, friendly and relaxed. Has the typical tear streaks of small light-colored dogs. Can be a little jumpy/nervous around new people but he’s pretty chill. I’ve tried all the usual tricks: sit, stay, lay down, shake, etc. He doesn’t seem to know any (not in English, at least)
