Job Summary: Local Arizona rap artist looking for a personal assistant. This is a remote position with flexible hours. Need someone to help manage tasks involved with completing various projects. Prefer candidates who live in Tucson or Phoenix, are in touch/interested in the local music scene and will not be bothered if some songs have explicit lyrics. Job Description Phase 1: - Help artist organize and prioritize current content (songs, albums, notes, instructions, photos, etc.) - Contact certain producers who can finalize songs/albums that have already been recorded - Send the songs/albums to the producer digitally or physically via memory stick or zip file along with producer instructions from the artist - Search for new instrumentals to be purchased. You will be provided a list and instructions on how to research this topic - Research & find graphic artists that can create digital art and professionally edit pictures for album cover content Job Description Phase 2: - Upload fully produced finalized songs/albums to various streaming sites and independent artist platforms - Manage content on various social media accounts- FB, IG, ticktock, etc. - Research domain names and find contact to create a basic website - Research & find contacts that can manufacture promotional swag to sell on the website - Find people and resources to help with marketing and promotion Job Description Phase 3: If you made it this far, did a good job, and are enjoying the work, you would be offered partnership possibilities with regular pay and overall stake in profits earned over time. Necessary Qualities - able to follow directions and complete tasks within given time frame - Reliable, open minded, motivation driven, creative, optimistic, and persistent - tech savvy and competent at internet research - communication is the key! Must be able to communicate with the artist regularly & reach out to various businesses/contacts to complete projects in a timely manner Additional Information: The artist is currently incarcerated in Douglas AZ. This is a remote position because all communication with him would be through a messaging app and over the phone. All projects you would be assigned could be done with a laptop, internet access, and a smart phone. For the right person, this is a great part time side gig with flexible hours.
