My goal is to plant a seed of ease that blooms where ever you need it in your life. Expect to move your entire body This class is great for you if : You want to try yoga for the first time You have a yoga practice & want a relieving class You want to find a safe & approach yoga class You are interested in releasing tension from the body From 10:30 - 10:55 AM enjoy community time.
