I need to know if a boat can be towed on the water from Isleton to Long Beach Marina. The boat is a one story, 11' x 37' Houseboat. I want to buy it and it was previously being used as an office and the motor and steering wheel were removed. If this can be towed to a Long Beach Marina, into a dock slip, please let me know and send your price.
