Introduction into Mindfulness
--discovering the tools of practicing presence
Join us for an introduction to mindfulness.
We will meet via zoom the next four Sundays from 9-10am
and discuss the four foundations of mindfulness, as well as discover tools which can help us practice presence
and bring more wisdom and joy in our lives.
The course is comprised of four, one hour sessions,
starting this Sunday, October 2nd at 9am (PST). The remaining three sessions take place at the same time, on Oct. 9th, 16th, and 23rd.

Brian Ott has been teaching mindfulness meditation for years
and is delighted to share the wisdom of the tradition with others with the hope it can bring more love, understanding and compassion to all.
