We are a small but growing private neighborhood located off of Railroad Ave in Springvale Maine. Hillside Crossing Condos. The needs at this time are weekly mowing / weed whacking. With little lawn here and some units doing their own moving. This is under 45 minutes for two people biweekly. (What is pictured is most of the lawn here). This neighborhood is expanding and much more work is possible in the near future. This will eventually be the largest condo community nearby. Please come out to review and give quotes for mowing and weed wacking during summers, weekly. Also open to spring and fall clean ups and proactive work on the yard also which has never looked good.
