Need a jump or tow please

Hi, I am in desperate need of a jump or tow. I stopped off at Lake Las Vegas campground near Lake Mead. My car battery needs jumped. I wasn't supposed to turn it off until getting to my destination so it would not die. Coyotes come out here big time and I have two little pups so really want to get out of here. I don't have anyone to help out here, cell service is not working out here, and limited on funds. If you have a larger vehicle to jump or tow I would be very grateful! Thank you :)
