SOMERVILLE, MA — The Somerville Police and Fire Departments were among the sites the state announced Tuesday morning where police officers, firefighters, EMTs and other first responders will be able to get COVID-19 vaccinations. Only first responders working in Somerville will be able to get vaccinated at the police and fire stations. First responder vaccinations begin Monday, Jan. 11 in Massachusetts. The Somerville sites will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, so vaccines will be available as early as Jan. 11. The Somerville police station is located at 220 Washington St., and the fire department's address is 266 Broadway.
