I would like both the top as well as the underside pressure washed. Let me know (1) what type of pressure washer you have, (2) what solution you use, (3) how much you charge. There also may be an opportunity for painting/staining the deck as well. Also have multiple houses that needs pressure washing if you do a good job. Lots of projects!!
