Need drummer for proggy neo-soul rock trio

Looking for talented drummer who works well with people. We are a guitarist/vocalist and bassist, both 30s, with lots of gigging experience, super friendly and easy going, 420 friendly, and already writing music. We need a drummer that can lock in on a tempo, play the right beat/groove/drum riff at the right time, and be available for practice/writing sessions. If you're the right person for the job, it would be ideal if we could eventually jam at your house (once we know each other), due to the obvious logistics involved with drum kits. But worst case we can figure out a practice space somewhere. Email me and we'll set up a date to meet!
