I currently work for a company with about 10-20 rental properties. Most are in arcata, 1 is in eureka, 2 in samoa, 1 in blue lake and 1 in Westhaven. This is not a guarantee of the job. But I will give you as a reference when I put my 2 week notice in. This is a great company and job and I don’t want to just leave them high and dry. This job is a perfect job for anyone who doesn’t like working set days and hours. I just have the lawns I need to do and I keep them down on my own schedule and time. I just got a new job however and I’m too busy for this job too. My current benefits- $17/hr. Fuel for machine and materials reimbursements. Reimbursement for mileage on the properties outside of arcata. Accounts at Wes Green and humboldt sanitation. Company weedeater and mower. Perfect job for a student who wants extra side money. There’s a lot of landscaping stuff that’s not just mowing lawns (like brush clearing). Text me at
