Stolen car

Need help finding information I have been renting a room at womens house in Brentwood neighborhood in occoe. I’ve been living here for about 2 years Last week I ended up moving out. my car was at the property on Kirby street my tires were flat and the owner agreed I can leave it for a few days to give me time to get a tire. On Friday 9/23 I received a text around 7pm she told me Orange County code enforcement came to her house saying I needed to move the car because it did not have a tag on it or they would tow it within 24 hours. She claimed the “old man”across the street called on you I’m going to go talk to him. There is also 2 other cars at her home with a 2014 tag and no tag so I don’t understand why only my car was an issue. I arrived at the house on 9/24 around 1pm and my car was gone already. The owner claimed that she drove to the store and when she came home it was gone and that code enforcement must have came but they left no note no notice nothing. I contacted the Orange County code enforcement they said they would not have came out to occoe it would be occoe code enforcement. I ended up talking to an occoe police officer who met me at the home to file a report. When he arrived he spoke to her she told him the same story, the officer went across the street and spoke to the older gentleman he claimed he never called and he never spoke to her but he did hear a tow truck around 3am but he didn’t look outside. The police also said there were no records of code enforcement being called to her property. Later that evening another tenant at the house claimed they spoke to one of the neighbors and they seen a silver tow truck take my car at night. Not sure what to believe but At this point I believe she did something to my car based of the fact it vanished and code enforcement never came there so why did she tell me code enforcement came and why didn’t they take the other car with no tag and a car with a 2014 tag. My car was also parked behind these so they had to have moved them. And my car is not in any of the police/code enforcement systems at their tow agencies I filed the car as stolen but I don’t know where to go from there, if anyone lives in the area of Kirby street or ridgefield avenue in Brentwood neighborhood and has cameras that can see the road can you please contact me it would have been towed sometime from 9/23-9/24. My car is a 2009 silverish gold Lincoln MKS.
